Responsibilities:
* Navigate provider organizations to find the best contact to engage in research for the subject matter
* Schedule researcher appointments with providers by conducting outreach via phone, email, and other communication channels.
* Conduct phone interviews with provider executives, directors, and industry experts to discover the performance of technology and services solutions
* Quickly build a strong rapport with providers at hospitals, clinics, and payers
* Familiarize providers with KLAS data through website tour/demos as well as sharing and reviewing critical report data.
